David Ramirez, Associate

David comes to Hidden River with transactional experience in both M&A and corporate finance.

As the founder of Esquire Law, David ran and operated a small law practice offering incorporation and legal services to emerging companies.

Prior to Esquire Law, David was an associate for Hayden Bergman Rooney, a boutique transactional firm with a focus on providing strategic advice on financings and M&A transactions below $100 million. While at Hayden Bergman Rooney, David participated in a handful of private offerings and financings and was an instrumental member of the team driving the proposed $375 million acquisition of Solar Semiconductor Ltd by Trans-India Acquisition Corp.

David was awarded his J.D. in 2008 after taking course work at both the University of San Francisco School of Law and Southwestern University.

David holds a B.A. from Pepperdine University in both Philosophy and Political Science.
