Konstantin Zuzik, Associate

Konstantin brings over 8 years of operational and entrepreneurial experience in the enterprise software and SaaS industries to Hidden River.

Konstantin was a co-founder of MagSuite.com (on-demand accounting, inventory control, and CRM suite for small businesses) where he performed marketing, sales, and capital raise functions, as well as developed a technical specification of the suite, and managed the software development process.

Prior to MagSuite.com, Konstantin was a general manager at JV Parus-Ukraine (ERP software) for over 7 years, where he was responsible for regional business development. The business unit enjoyed 49% revenue CAGR.

Konstantin was awarded his Ph.D. degree in International Economics at Kiev Institute of International Relations for his application of artificial neural networks to the choice of an optimal technology transfer scenario (joint venture, alliance, fully-owned subsidiary, licensing) by multinational corporations.

Konstantin holds an MBA Finance degree from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
