Todd Parker, CFA, Managing Director

Todd Parker brings a diverse operational, entrepreneurial, transactional and consulting background to Hidden River.

Todd was a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer for HR One, Inc., a human resources software company. In less than two years, HR One grew from start-up into a 50-employee company with three lines of business and sold to Sage Software in the third quarter of 2002.

Prior to HR One, Todd was General Manager of the San Francisco market of AirTouch Paging with responsibility for all operational aspects of a 175-employee, $25 million revenue business unit. He previously served as national Vice President-Marketing and New Product Development for AirTouch Paging.

Before joining AirTouch Paging, Todd was Managing Director-Mergers & Acquisitions for AirTouch Communications, managing the team of operational, tax, accounting and legal professionals that pursued AirTouch’s aggressive U.S. partnering and acquisition strategy (40 transactions with deal sizes ranging from a start-up investment in one of the original wireless modem companies to a $13.5 billion merger with U.S. West). He had joined AirTouch from PacTel Corporation, where he executed the company’s acquisition, divestiture and partnering strategy in the cable television market.

Prior to PacTel, Todd was a consultant with Arthur D. Little, where he advised clients in the computer, telecommunications, and other industries.

Todd received a B.S. in Communications and Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
